I just realised that though I have been writing poems for ages, decades in fact, there is so much I don’t know about the world of poets and poetry. Today, I got a post on Facebook informing me that April is National Poetry Writing Month. And I said, “Wow! Can I do it? Write a poem everyday for a month?”
Well I don’t know if I can, but it sounds like fun and if I did it, it would be really great! So here goes, my first poem for the month, for #NaPoWriMo
